1. Eligibility for Exchange / Refund

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • Returned in its original packaging

⚠️ Exchanges are permitted only if the product is received defective, and a proper parcel opening video is mandatory.

No Exchange / No Return on size-related issues
No Cancellation or Refund once the order has been placed


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Swimwear

  • Final sale or discounted items
